Tomato soup for dinner, with the rest of the croutons I made last week, which had kept very well in the fridge
And I've popped out to dump a box and some tins and stuff in the recycling bin, and trundled it from the back yard to the sort of mews area whence its official emptiers will collect it tomorrow.
And with that done, the weekend begins: a Poacher's Choice to start, I think, and some incomprehensible Danish television
