Chicken bhuna for dinner, with rice and naan
And due to my walk this afternoon, I'm still below the daily target!
Though if the walk is discounted I'm slightly over it. So best not to discount the walk

I'd thought about soup in the past - I'll have to hunt down some recipes, or maybe even buy a bookOriginally posted by SueEllen View PostA good low calorie meal to fill you up is a bowl of soup. However the soup mustn't have cream in it.
Actually, I've got a couple of cook books that probably have decent soup recipes in, so maybe I should start there. Nigel Slater and such

If you know how many calories are in it you can eat two bowls 😀Originally posted by NickFitz View PostI'd thought about soup in the past - I'll have to hunt down some recipes, or maybe even buy a book

I'm trying to empty the freezer at the moment, so I can get rid of it to make room for the new one I've been meaning to buy for ages. But once the new one arrives, a reserve supply of soup sounds like a good planOriginally posted by SueEllen View PostIf you know how many calories are in it you can eat two bowls 😀

Boomed until June. Off to Cape Town / Franschhoek today for two weeks. All in the Nick of Time.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).Comment
