Grey, damp sort of day out there today
Back to the doctor's for some blood test or other in an hour or so. I forgot to ask if it was one of those where you're supposed to fast beforehand so, to be on the safe side, I'm assuming it is. That means no coffee or breakfast until afterwards

No one was here yesterday to sign it off. And getting it done is a 3 step process.
