I thought briefly that I might have to face the horror of visiting a not-long-till-Christmas retail park on a Sunday, until I remembered I still have sausages and bacon from Chatsworth Farm Shop in the freezer

Nothing like proper farm or butchers goods, had a real feast this weekend, slow roast pork belly, proper bacon and a couple of Galloway aged rib eye for later

Best cycle ride of the year today.

Lovely morning - sun was shining, and the autumn colours were beautiful. Finally fit enough not to feel wiped out by the hills.
