Turned sunny here now

The shopping, refuelling, and collecting-from-Amazon-Locker has been done. There's a big cycle race around the castle/river area today, with lots of road closures that effectively cut us off from much of the city, so I had to make a fairly big detour to do the locker. But it's a nice day for it, and the traffic wasn't too bad as other people are avoiding the whole area

I went to see Jason Bourne this afternoon - highly recommended.

Bit achey now. 92 miles on the bike today. Usual club ride plus another 25 or so before and after. Moving average was 17.5 mph but thats distorted by the club ride. Group rides are always faster for the same effort.

Back to hill reps and threshold intervals next week.
