Worn out after lugging all that stuff about, cleaning, etc. My "flights of stairs climbed" chart in the iPhone Health app is probably off the scale after I took all the tip-bound stuff out to the car one item at a time

The Dog (tw) has been walked on a very misty morning here. Yesterday was a beautiful day and Mr Fox Senior seemed to enjoy himself.

Suppose to be out on the bike for a club ride this morning, but having dragged myself out of bed at 7:00 I'm still sat here in my dressing gown, so thats not happening.
