Preparing the old fridge for transportation to the place where old fridges go
I've never actually used it other than as an additional worktop; moving it out and the new fridge in is going to take a bit of rearranging. Unfortunately it's quite warm todayComment

An hour earlier than expected, but I suppose they get to knock off once they've delivered everything, so fair enough
They said to leave it four hours to settle before turning it on. Other sources (cats on the Internet) say twelve hours. Who to trust?Comment

Though that's if it's been laid on its side, and I doubt that happened.
On the other hand, 12 hours means turning it on for the first time at midnight; and if it turns out to be faulty and catches fire, that's quite an inconvenient timeComment
