I saw a comment from an AWS customer recently saying how they'd decided they could either spend several months adding a feature or wait and Amazon would have added it. They waited, and Amazon did.

True, I'm looking at something as an utter sideline but as I won't have more than a few hours max to waste on it in the next 6 months I wouldn't get anywhere.... Repurposing Azure's IoT hub makes it almost worth investigating..
