Back in the day, I had some agent or other phone up on a Sunday afternoon whilst I was mowing the lawn.

I wasn't overly pleased, being bathed in sweat and having to walk up to the house to answer the phone as instructed by ZeitMater.

It was almost as memorably as the time I was got out of the bath to answer someone or other that ZeitMater had told I' d be around.

It was some sort of survey or other IIRC.

        Funny innit?

That sort of thing has happened to me too.

The ZeitLunch(tm) consisted of a 4 egg scramble followed by some stale(ish) Mr Kipling's chocolate cake.

Since it was stale-ish and due to a surfeit of milk, I made some custard to pour over it.

Surprisingly, it was lovely, the chocolate stuff melting into the custard, whilst the custard made the sponge just right.

          yum.

It's a remarkably grey dey, and as humid as a guerrilla's armpit.

Happily enough, it's not currently raining on my towels hanging on the line.

I was so knackered that I didn't get out of bed until 08:55.

And the ZeitBack(tm) started playing up overnight for no readily understandable reason, so turning over in bed became a bit of a chore.

Parts of me went to sleep too.

            Several time.

And I had my dream about some big house with turrets and things that apparently belonged to me in some unknowable fashion.

I am ahead of schedule today.

Parklimp done, showered, and have even had my afternoon nap.

Menfolk watching the footie, which will be a recurring theme for the next month.

There's been a few things that give me the impression he's fairly new at the game and working hard to impress; sending work emails on Saturday lunchtime reinforces that belief. Still, if he wants to work hard to succeed, more power to him. Never been my style, but there you go
They don't need to be new to do that.

I told one off last year because he wanted to email me and vice versa on his wedding day about a contract that I was sorting out.

I told him I can quite easily deal with someone else in your office while you are getting married and on honeymoon. So I deliberately refused to deal with him and dealt with someone else.

                  Exercise done.

Gardening - ok repotting house plants done

Need to shower then go and visit some family. They will all be stuck to the telly watching footie. So I will go shopping before hand.

Washing done. Well, there's other things that could be washed but nowhere to hang them to dry, which is my criterion for stopping washing

Now having a nice cup of tea and a couple of jam doughnuts while planning a small project which will probably end up as yet another almost-empty private repo in GitHub that I one day notice I haven't done anything with in years
