Garbled message from tennants seems to indicate the ball cock has come off the toilet during the night and flooded the place. Gonna go round there now. Well, when I've drunk my tea, no point being unprepared. The situation could range from damp carpets to ceilings down and wiring fooked. I shall report back in due course.
Always ensure your ball cocks are secure people.Comment
