Mrs eek just announced that her camper van holiday to the lakes seemed a good idea last summer.

I didn't have the heart to tell her that it only seemed a good idea to her and as I was never going I didnt need to tell her otherwise

I think it's not as enjoyable as she hoped it would be
merely at clientco for the entertainment

I've just lost my other will to live.

This COSHH stuff is like some sort of <unspecified asiatic> water torture.

I know rain can be warm but I'm not going outside in it to find out.

It's a bit cloudy here but 22C and no signs of rain.

            I'll have jinxed it now.

                  Home!

There was a crash on the A14 this morning, just west of Kettering. From glancing at the lay-by the Highways Agency had moved those involved to, it looked like a three-vehicle rear end shunt; and the ambulance that was just leaving as I passed didn't have its blues on or seem in much of a hurry, so I assume nobody was injured. But it delayed me by about 45 minutes, once the knock-on effect of arriving later at junctions that had become busy by the time I got there is added in. And then that means I leave ClientCo later, and the journey away is also busier because it's later. So overall, I've probably lost an extra hour or so to travelling thanks to that

Nice and rainy all the way back too

Anyway, time to work out what to have for dinner

The people with way too much time on their hands are outraged again. Someone was flying a drone around the village yesterday lunchtime and the area identified as the origin is remarkably close to my house. Rest assured that it wasn't me and I didn't see it so I've no idea how they made this leap.

This is in addition to people flying "up to FOUR kites" at an altitude deemed dangerous by people who sit in their gardens all day.

Right, I'm off drone shopping on Amazon.
