Went to a great sushi restaurant for lunch - one I've been to before and really like. They have certain standard sushi, but you always get one or two specials. This time one of the specials was salmon eggs. I enjoyed them. The other special was Uni - sea urchin.

He's mainly checking you haven't tampered with things. I always wondered why they liked looking the meters etc then realised once a couple of houses have exploded in mysterious circumstances.

My boiler fixer seemed to be checking the meter to see that the boiler was taking the right quantity of gas to correspond with its rating.
