Having struggled (despite my cold ) down to London and finally made it to ClientCorp, the first thing I'm told is that a recruitment freeze has bitten off my extension and I shall be out of work as of Christmas.

Yep - get looking now, and see what happens. Mate of mine had given up looking before Christmas, and then an agent rang him out of the blue last week offering a new 6 month gig with 4 year rollout!

Means that I can also pick up the bits of work in January that he was meant to be lined up for...
