Forgot onions

I often forget onions. It's not a huge problem as I can just pop over to Sainsbury's Local, but the onions there are always a bit mankier than the ones from Sainsbury's Prime.

I came across a recipe that used half a packet of instant onion soup in a chicken coating (with mayo, chutney and apricot jam). Quite tempted to give it a go.
