Morning, traffic was good this morning, was only sat on the M60 for 10 mins today so got into the office about 8:10 (also helps I have found a shortcut from the motorway to ClientCo.

Calendar looks full so hoping to get away at a decent time today, one of the joys of such a long drive home is a perfect excuse to say "no sorry I can't stay late"

No where's the kettle!

Journey was hell this morning. Had to wait 30 seconds to turn left at the main road and someone was in my normal parking space.

It took me 4 minutes to drive to clientco not 3

Yes I know I can walk in 12 minutes but I need the car in case things go wrong with the new windows being installed today.

Journey was hell this morning.

Mine too. The dog was lying on the mid-stairs landing and the coffee machine had not been filled up with water. Now I have to discipline the maid.

Not a happy bunny, got a cough that will raise the dead at the moment, so have a bottle of water with me at all times, walk out of the meeting room and left it behind, by the time I turned round to get it again it had been swpied and binned, bloody do gooders

Went to the Oliver Conquest with Tarbie and another IPSEite - 100s of gins on offer - will need to go back and try a few more.

Caught a sensible train home, but met some very merry gentlemen in Christmas jumpers, who were alighting at my stop, and persuaded me to pop into the local hostelry for a night cap (another G&T and said Jaegerbomb!)
