I have booked three estate agents for Wednesday (apparently three valuations are needed for probate, as they're such slimy bastards, two can't be trusted). Small hiccup in that I don't know how long is left on the lease, and the management company won't tell me because of data protection (despite having written to me to tell me how to pay their bills now she's dead, they seemingly haven't seen the evidence that she really is no more).
