Morning denizens
Grey as far as the eye can see here. This is primarily because they've given me a room in the basement - sorry, Lower Ground floor - and all I can see out of the window is the concrete wall of the neighbouring building about eight feet away
Low rumblings every few minutes remind me of the presence of the Underground Railway beneath the Embankment, a couple of hundred yards away and apparently on the same level as the room
