I sponsored a guy at the new gig to do tough mudder. He completed the course - except 2 obstacles. His bicep muscle "popped" towards the end. All his lower arms bruised. I confidently told him that doing extreme events takes its toll on the body, and he should be fine. He is now in hospital! I hope he will be okay.
I suppose I should have offered no advice except to ask Doctor Google...Comment
