Yesterday I managed 4400m swim in 2:10 - IM(3800m) came up in 1:54

Today I did 5200m in 2:19 - IM(3800m) came up in 1:38.

Parkrun this morning. Lovely day for it. Back round the 32 minute mark, way off last summer, but at least general trend is in the right direction.
