Got a bog standard template of a contract so I could get it reviewed, rate and notice was TBC and I never got an updated one, 7 weeks from the end date I have given up trying to get the actual paperwork finally, but seems it could work in my favor!

Will get next weekend out of the way and see how I feel about staying to the end, otherwise I will just walk

Strictly speaking you accepted the terms of the contract by turning up on site. Just becasue it wasn't physically signed doesnt mean it is unenforceable.

So, the next question is:

How do I get 7.6V out of these 3.8V batteries by connecting them in parallel?

Well you might be better off connecting them in series, all in all.

It's frightening, it really is.

Especially since the cells in question are rechargable Lithium Ion cells which have a predisposition to catching fire if you look at them wrong.

If it was down to me, he wouldn't be playing with the damn things in the first place.

Yes I know I have deemed to have accepted the contract, however where the contract says notice it's TBC, so it can be played as I can't ever give notice or I can walk out anytime.

As Norrahe says it's not worth it for 7 weeks, gonna make up some excuse to WFH more and just ride it out

Got contacted about a gig in Germany.

Agent rang me three times, second time I mentioned we'd already spoken, after the third time where again she hadn't realised she had already spoken to me I figured not bothering with the gig was a good idea.

Not to mention it was a p!ss poor rate and only 3 days a week, which would work out at 2 days after travel and accommodation costs.
