                      Three trips to the tip and the back garden is free of renovation rubbish again (assorted doors, laminate flooring, packaging and boxes and floor tile off cuts.)

                      Just the carpets to get up now and the next round of decorating can start.

                      Beer festival tonight though, will have earned it!
