High tea, given I hadn't had any breakfast or lunch...

Now toying with the idea of deep fried chicken thighs with Thai green curry paste and with a lime and chilli jam dip.

Paste is already made, just need to whiz it up with the thighs and add some extra chilli and ginger.

For the dip, add some lime juice to my home made chilli jam and maybe a smidgen of fish sauce.
