Wow,that's a lot of Saturdays! I took some time off running and then bashed my toe, so desperate to get back. Back to doing 7 - 10mi, now to get quicker!

Sounds good. My hip still complains every time I run, so I'm sticking with 5k at the moment. I seem to be getting slower, not quicker though!

Mine's nowt fancy, just glass, use it for wine.

          Moderation? What's that??

I had a rather nice negroni from those spirits I bought yesterday.

I may have to have another one.

Could someone please tell me what the hell Wales have been doing in the second half?

Most of England's decent players are off with injury for this championship and Wales are fielding a halfway decent team, but have decided to snooze this half.

Also the ref has been making some well dodgy decisions.

I do worry about the future of my joints, I have to say. I'm not convinced running is good for you, really. And doing my weighted runs certainly isn't.

I used to run competitively for years, track and field etc... Now running is not an option, my ankles and knees tend to complain.

Badminton and pilates are now becoming an issue for my wrists from Aikido many years ago.

                  I'll stick to walking.

I wish I liked swimming, but it's really not my thing.

Not impressed by that display. It was only halfpenny that put his boots on.
