Right, let's try this early night malarkey. I'm pretty sure that getting to a certain point on my morning journey as little as ten minutes earlier can make a difference of half-an-hour in the time I arrive, but I need to get up ten minutes earlier for that to happen, and so far this week I've found that impossible
