Cheers nor.
Have informed mrs p that she's most likely walking the pooch then taking me to A & E in the morning. But I reckon if I can fill my whole body with wine I'll be fine.Comment

If it's any consolation I have to take Mr N to the hospital at some ungodly hour tomorrow. He's so inconsiderate making me get up early.Comment

Right. Off to the gate. Full speed my good man and don't spare the horses.
I might be a dribbling mess by the time I get home.Comment

Home before six!
I think that's the best run I've ever managed on this gig. Out of ClientCorp at a little after half four. I was out of the car park by just after quarter to five, and arriving home an hour later. Not bad going at all.
Oh, and there was an F-reg Escort on the Fosse Way, just behind me when he joined, then overtook, but couldn't get far ahead after that until the next major junction. So for about ten miles, it was like a little late-1980s Ford convoy was travelling down there
First accident I've seen this week/year: looked like an extremely minor scrape on the A606, in the other direction. That side becomes two narrow lanes there to allow stuff to turn right at a junction, so I reckon one of them judged their width wrongly and scraped the other - there didn't seem to be any damage to front or back of either of them, and they were talking things over as I went past.
Still haven't got the Toyota back; it's taking ages for the new tank to be deliveredComment
