          The turkey is in, veg prepared, timings written down and champagne is chilled.

            Just ripping some of the kids music cds so they can go onto their players.

            Mrs 5* was really pleased with the special present - it was one of those solar powered dancing flowers for car dashboard.
            I've never seen her so happy.

                    Morning all, Merry Xmas

                    May have got a bit carried away with the food this year.

                    7.5 lb Gammon joint is in the oven now (none of us like Turkey), 6 x veg all prepped, dessert prepped (Panatone Bread and Butter Pudding).

                    Yesterday cooked a Quiche, 24 sausage rolls, 24 chocolate Palmiers, 24 Mincemeat Palmiers, dough sticks and bread rolls and bought a 5lb Pork Pie from the local butchers.

                    For three of us....
