Fishfinger sarnies.
Funny how stuff like this pans out. I was off on wednesday for medical purposes, which allowed me to buy nice bread from the bakers. This having gone stale by yesterday reminded me of the lump of cod I got some months ago and slung in the freezer. So, breadcrumbs, slices of cod, an egg and ten minutes frying -> proper fishfingers

Better get to my casserole, which has probably got to the point where even the bones have deliquesced by now. You'd be amazed how much time can pass, trying to find a funny one with pictures to go at the end of Monday Links when I don't have one handyComment
