I wish, he's bedridden, so me going away anywhere would mean making sure he's got enough meals prepped that can be mircowaved.

Might be worth paying for a MRI if they won't do one. Mate of mine had problems for a couple of years - in proper agony, MRI clearly showed ruptured disc which hadn't shown up on xray - NHS were going to operate, but he found a guy in Germany who is doing a new, keyhole repair. He flew out, got it done, flew back and was instantly much better. If you want his (the doc's) details, I can get them for you.

If I wasn't having to waste so much time trying to decipher it, I'd compile a list of all the ways in which this documentation execrably fails to communicate the things it's supposed to be explaining

We keep asking for x-rays and MRIs etc.. but the doctor isn't forthcoming at all, and not helping.

All he needs is some bloody cortisone injections and then proper physio, the worse thing is we know what the problem is, we have the x-rays and MRI scans from before but the doctors are being crap.

He needs to see a back specialist but the doctor is not listening.

If you do have a name of someone that would be great.
