Highly motivated I see!

Anything new on the bbq of late, I've been a tad crap and done nowt.

Did some ribs last weekend that turned out nice and smokey. Problem is, the weather is too unpredictable.

I'm WFH next week and so will endeavour to slow cook some pig parts. Probably shoulder.

I'm determined to get a couple of cook out of it before winter sets in.

Same here, it was way too windy on Sunday to do slow cooked lamb.

We do however have a big neighbourhood bbq coming up this Saturday so the plan is for tandoori chicken thighs, they always come out really nicely.

I'm reaching the end of my tether with this one. Renewal supposedly due at the end of Sept. really hoping I can find something else before then so I don't have to try and talk myself out of it.

Direct but on a lowish heat, haven't done thighs yet but did tandoori lamb cutlets and they were lovely
