                Made burgers last night, when mincing the beef, I added some of my home cured bacon and minced that up as well, added parmesan, tomato puree, dried porcini and some smoked paprika. Must say it was very nice.

                Would have cooked them on the egg but it was peeing it down yesterday

                      I will suggest that to Dallas. The start of that cycling route you mentioned(21?) is roughly half way between us.

                      We have vague plans to do a ride on 19/20/26 JUly. Though we are planning on going long. Very long....
