I woke at 4am today - could not get back to sleep. I gave up at 5am - got up and did some exercises. Thwen a long cycle to work - via Woolwich foot tunnel.

Albert road is 2 way again now - saved me cycling along the pavement.....

I am nhow having breakfast. Just had some cherry yoghurt. Followed by real cherries.
