          Had to wait for my prescriptions. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that I'm the only patient at that surgery who requests repeat prescriptions online

          Still, I can connect to my own wifi from the waiting room

            I was very impressed with my doc's online booking system.

            Logged in Sunday evening and made an appointment for 9am Monday morning. Fantastically smooth and painless.

            Turned up on Monday to find that the doctor had retired, so there were no appointments, and the next available appointment with anyone was 8 days later.

            Had to go in as an 'emergency' phone in on the day a couple of days after.

                      Pissing it down here this morning. Luckily I got out on the bike yesterday before it got too bad.
