I am quite used to the halfords lot. I buy them chocolate at Easter and Christmas. I get a quick, great service. Its my fault for not having a car. Though it helps the training.

I've gone right off women at the moment. I remember the happy days when I could treat women as objects. Now I treat them as people. Its not nearly as much fun.

So where was I before my drivelling was interrupted? Oh yes, this morning I took my lottery tickets in for checking. I do the lotto and euromillions. Every 4 weeks. Both drawers. Cost £32.

        Last 4 weeks I won £5.80. I suppose a win is a win.

I know the lottery is a tax on the stupid - but I have to have some hope.

I then went to tesco for some breakfast/lunch - yoghurt, grapes, doughnuts and apples.

The to holloand and barrett for some protein stuff. I have tried it last few days and it seems to be helping - so I got 9 servings.

Shouldn't you feel more sorry for Mrs BP? While Im not sorting her out, MF comes round to do the business. She gets squashed like a dover sole every time....

I just ate a whole pack of crab sticks, not sure if that was such a good idea
