Made yorkshire puds with the last of the pancake mix last night, teamed them up with gravy and some of the pastrami I cured.

First time in over two years I've had yorkshire puds, due to the fact we've had a crap cloggy one shelf combi.

They came out perfect in my new oven.

Always amusing to get to ClientCo half-an-hour earlier than usual, and realise that the permies who seem like they've been hard at work for ages when you normally arrive have only get there ten minutes before you

Place is virtually deserted at the moment

And they're usually eating their breakfast and reading the news rather than working
