Local coffee shop roasts their own, they have a fab Honduran blend which is nice.

Am still half asleep despite all the caffeine.

Honduran - not tried that before, I'll keep an eye out for that.

Need to test drive the new muffin tin.

Nigella does a double choc one that I use as a base for chilli chocolate muffins. I also use her raspberry and white choc one too.

I don't tend to use her recipes as they are widely known for not being tested properly or tested at all for that matter.

Will probably peruse the multitude of cookbooks I have and see if there might be a good one somewhere, I do think I have a cupcake cookbook somewhere.
