I was the same until we got an induction hob here (not on mains gas). It's great and I really don't miss gas at all now. It's especially useful for really low temp cooking as it's far more consistent than gas and you don't have to worry about it going out.

Another unsolicited approach on LinkedIn, direct with a GasCoski in Manchester, sounds good but I am just too lazy to walk away from the car crash here at the moment, good rate and on my doorstep, even if working with Eek is annoying!
