So, a strongly worded letter from your Ltd (preferably from the MD) to Clientco MD, letting them know in no uncertain terms that their disciplinary procedure does NOT apply to any of their employee's on their sight, except that they must follow normal H+S behavior out of respect. Any breaches should be dealt with via your own procedures after a formal complaint has been made to your ltd co. After all we don't want Mr. IR35 knocking at the door do we?Comment
