It wasn't a bogie, it was tissue paper as the pressure from this tulip contract has caused me to have a nose bleed, ok after breaking my nose diving sneezing causes me to have a nose bleed but either way I have an ice cream now

On the bad side, they rejected our offer.

On the good side, they aren't considering any other offers.

Mr N and I viewed yet another house this evening, second viewing on this one and will probably put an offer in.

This is the 4th house we've bid on, am hoping we'll get somewhere with it.

Market here has hit rock bottom and a lot of people are trying to sell but expecting unrealistic high prices as they bought at the top of the market and then wonder why their houses won't sell, we're using a cloggy negotiator to do the bidding for us.

                Will see what happens.

Need to find an architect/builder bloke to see how much it will cost to do the work we want ( which on this one isn't much).
