This is the 4th house we've bid on, am hoping we'll get somewhere with it.
Market here has hit rock bottom and a lot of people are trying to sell but expecting unrealistic high prices as they bought at the top of the market and then wonder why their houses won't sell, we're using a cloggy negotiator to do the bidding for us.
Will see what happens.
Need to find an architect/builder bloke to see how much it will cost to do the work we want ( which on this one isn't much).Comment
