NorPuss update: Not good, What he has is terminal and looks like Mr N and I have a decision to make to which we already know the answer. He's been given more drugs which gives him a couple more weeks....

This is one hell of a phone call the agent is on. He was on a call earlier and said he would ring back.

I caught him - just. He has "just" got off the phone to the HR manager and unfortunately this time its a no. They really liked me, the code review however they felt that I was lacking in some of he skills I dont posses.
