I had a phone call from Virgin Media this morning:
Is your service working again now?
I don't know, I'm not at home.
Well, was it working last night?
I don't know, I wasn't home then either.
Oh right. Well if you find it's still not working when you get home, give us a call.
OK...
I hope they realise that I won't be caling before Friday evening. If I get home, it's still broken, and I find they've cancelled the engineer, I shall be most unhappyComment
