Bacon rolls for lunch today - plenty of bacon (as it needed using up) on homemade rolls with eggs from our chickens.

One of the chickens laid an enormous egg this morning - I tried to work out which chicken was responsible by seeing which of them was walking funny. It really was huge - must be a double yolker.

That's no yolk...

Morning all

Plucking up the courage to take DS to his friends birtday party later. It is at the same place I took DD to one before christmas and ended up in a riot! The police were called as a 4 yr old girl hit another boy and parents did not apolise ( well stuff happens) and then some angry dad hit a traffic warden ourside whgen he got a ticket for parking on a double yellow !!

Oh what fun

Also, it is at 13:00 for two hours and I want my Sunday lunch May just find a pub and have lunch on my own while I wait.
