No Pink Ladies today. Instead I had a couple of Cripps Pink, which would appear to be Pink Ladies that didn't make the grade.
In order to preserve the premium appeal of Pink Lady, about 65% of the production which does not meet the standards required for Pink Lady is sold as Cripps Pink instead.Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?Comment
