Salmon and prawns for tea - I have the prawns marinading (or is it marinating?) in a sauce I concocted from various things in the cupboard and fridge. Should be "interesting" anyway...Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?Comment

Either is OK - marinade (verb) is an accepted alternative to marinate (verb), as well as being marinade (noun), that in which something is marinated (or marinaded).

Just catching up on the second episode of Survivors on iPlayer - I forgot it was on on Tuesday.
It's OK, but all the boring bits where they sit around drinking coffee and saying "So what do you miss from before" and what-have-you could come out, or at least be pruned back considerablyComment
