Keep moving, but gently & take it easy on the lifting.
try laying flat on your floor with you feet/legs up on the settee or chair when you rest. It does help; believe me.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment

'Take it easy on the lifting' - That's why my w/end jobs are out. Here's some of the list:
3 trees to cut down and remove, roots to be dug out.
New raised bed to be made from oak sleepers, fill with compost.
Replace kitchen sink with ceramic one.
Si posse, recte, si non, quocumque modo remComment
