      No, I think it's lovely.

      Can be marginally improved with the addition of red leicester as stilton has a habit of turning a bit watery.

        Never tried it to be fair...Stilton smells far too much like socks...more of a French soft cheese wimp I'm afraid myself..

          I used to work with someone who use to have tuna and grilled stilton on toast - it is a combination I have never felt the urge to try it. The kitchen smelt very dodgy when he had finished preparing it - that may just have been him tho' rather than the food.
