      What has this got to do with IR35 under the new rules

      the decision isn’t anything to do with you - if the client says you are inside you are inside

      and if the client says you are outside it’s their problem
      merely at clientco for the entertainment

        Probably you are not aware. Clients mitigate the risk by using 3rd parties to determine the status. Answers to these questions determine the outcome.
