Asking if Eek is aware of that is like asking the pope if he's aware of the bible. If Eek doesn't get what you are trying to get across no one will.

What has this got to do with IR35 under the new rules

the decision isn’t anything to do with you - if the client says you are inside you are inside

and if the client says you are outside it’s their problem
