            The purpose of this consultation is to make sure that the implementation of these changes in April is as smooth as possible.
            No ambiguity about that.

            Budget is now on 11 March, I see.

                Right, not much time. OTOH, they need a finance bill to be enacted, regardless (in order to collect taxes that are set annually). They have a draft of the finance bill w/ the updates to the ITEPA that contains IR35. They have a big majority too. So it will get done.
