perhaps, because I'm on the Autism scale according to my expert daughter, who has an MSc in Autism and related conditions, I really need to take heed of the adage, "beware the wrath of a patient man". Unfortunately, that wrath isn't easy to control sometimes. -

They want me to stay under IR35 but it slashes the rate in half, at least. For that I may as well go permie with all of the perks !
I've said no and will look for something else but there seems slim pickings
may have to go back cap in hand at this rate.

Don't forget the issue of possible retrospective investigations if you are outside one minute and then the client says no, the role is inside....Originally posted by woboogie View PostOk pay tax, Ni etc on my day rate !'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Seeing this 'under' terminology used a lot recently (as opposed to inside/outside)Originally posted by northernladuk View PostWhat is under IR35?
Perhaps its from the GSK letters ?
''After looking at the information we have for the 2018 to 2019 tax year, our view is that the contract between your PSC and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) comes under the off-payroll working rules ‘IR35’.''Comment
